You can use your email address to find your username. We have a secure solution for this purpose.

How can I change my username?

It is not possible to change your username.

How can I change my details (personal details, address, e-mail address, etc.)?

  1. Please log in to "My Account".
  2. Then go to "My Details".
  3. Click on "Actions". Then on "Change". Edit the selected your personal information, for the parts you want. For example, your address, town or e-mail.
  4. Confirm changes at the bottom of the page,  and click the "Save" button.

How do I log in to my account?

  • Visit our website.
  • In the upper right corner, you click on "My Account". Click on "Login".
  • Fill in your username and password.
  • Click on "Login".

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

  1. Please Go to "Log in".
  2. Then click on "Did you forget your password? Request a new one.".
  3. Fill in your current username or e-mail address.
  4. Click on "Request new password".
  5. Within a minute, you will receive a mail in your mailbox with your new, temporary password.
  6. Fill in your username en temporary password.
  7. You will immediately be able to adjust your temporary password to an easy for you to remember password.

I’m having problems logging in

Are you have having trouble logging in? Or do you see a strange screen after login? You can often solve this problem by emptying your "cache" or deleting "cookies". What these are and what to do is described in the manual on the following pages:

I can't find all my insurance policies in my online policy file. How is this possible?

You may not find all your insurance policies in your digital file right away. This is because we are converting your insurance policies to your online file in stages. We will inform you once an insurance policy is added to your online policy file. Naturally, your insurance policies that have not yet been transferred will remain in effect as usual.
